Urmas Paavel has extensive experience in executive and board roles across various companies. As an Independent Board Member at GNG Retail since April 2011, Paavel has contributed strategic insights to the organization. Previously, Paavel served as Director at Snap It LTD from February 2019 to February 2023, and held the position of Non-Executive Director at West Ost Union from March 2010 to March 2017. Prior to these roles, Paavel worked as a Director at Candover between June 2008 and August 2009, and from December 2004 to May 2008, Paavel was the Head of ETC Private Equity at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD).
