Jesper Nickelsen is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in the water sector construction industry, currently serving as a Senior Associate and Senior Engineer at Mott MacDonald since May 2019, as well as a Senior Process Manager at Glan Agua Ltd since June 2017. Previous roles include Project & Proposal Manager at FLI Group from July 2014 to June 2017, and Industrial Proposal Manager positions at Veolia Water and Coffey Water Ltd. Jesper's career also encompasses leadership in proposals and project management, highlighted by a tenure as Head of Proposals and Senior Engineer at Treatment Systems Ltd, and earlier experience as a Tendering Engineer at USF Bowen Water Technology. Jesper holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Engineering College of Aarhus, completed in 1990.
