Previously, Michelle Bech was the owner of Michelle Bech Executive & Attorney Recruiting, LLC from August 2015 to March 2024, and also owned Legal & Professional Search Group, LLC from October 2000 to March 2024, specializing in recruiting for corporate executive positions in Louisiana. Earlier experiences include working as a legal recruiter at Shuart & Associates and as an associate attorney at Preis Kraft & Roy Law Firm, focusing on maritime insurance defense. Michelle Bech began their legal career as a summer law clerk at Deutsch, Kerrigan & Stiles Law Firm and served as a part-time staff member for United States Senator John Breaux while attending The George Washington University. Michelle Bech holds a Juris Doctor from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law and a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Economics from Louisiana State University.
