Terra Mortensen is an experienced professional in the field of civil engineering and site development, currently serving as Regional Manager, Site Development Manager, and Senior Associate at Galloway & Company, Inc. since July 2014. With a background in project management at Precision Civil Engineering from November 2004 to July 2014, Terra also contributed to the mission of the USGBC Central California Chapter as Secretary on the Board of Directors from 2011 to October 2016. Terra holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from California State University, Fresno, completed in 2004.
