Tracy Tormey, Esq. is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in various roles, demonstrating significant expertise in corporate law. Currently a Partner and Of Counsel at Gallo LLP since March 2013, Tracy has previously served as a Consultant from July 2011 to March 2013 and held the position of CAO & General Counsel at EMAK Worldwide, Inc. from November 2002 to June 2011. Tracy's career also includes partnership tenures at Oppenheimer Wolff & Donnelly and Bruck & Perry from 1998 to 2002 and 1989 to 1998, respectively. Tracy earned a Juris Doctorate from Pepperdine Law and a BA in Economics from the University of California, Davis.
