Lindsay Barth is a skilled professional in patient support and community engagement with experience across multiple healthcare and nonprofit organizations. Currently serving as a Virtual Patient Support Associate at Galileo, Lindsay coordinates patient care, provides technical support, and utilizes systems like Salesforce and Jira to enhance patient experiences. Previously, as an Acquisition & Engagement Specialist, Lindsay fostered connections with new patients to ensure cohesive onboarding. At Anthem, Inc., Lindsay educated members of the Healthy Blue NC Medicaid plan and bridged partnerships with community stakeholders. Additional experience includes event coordination and health communications at the North Carolina Council of Churches, as well as conducting community outreach as a Summer Intern at Thermal Belt Outreach Ministry. Lindsay holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications and Hispanic Studies from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
