Rami Einav has extensive work experience in sales and marketing positions. Rami started their career in 1984 as a National Sales Manager at Tadiran America, where they worked until 1988. Rami then worked at Matan Digital Printers Ltd. as the President from 1998 to 2004. Later, they joined Alliance Tires as the VP of Marketing and Sales from 2004 to 2012. In 2010, Rami became the Owner of R5 International Inc., a role they held until February 2022. Additionally, they have worked at Galileo Wheel since 2017 in various sales and marketing positions.

Rami Einav received their Bachelor's Degree in Economy from University TLV, where they studied from 1966 to 1969.
