Robert Friel is a Machine Learning Engineer at Galileo since November 2022, previously serving as a Senior Machine Learning Applied Research Scientist at 98point6 Inc. from January 2018 to September 2022, where contributions included designing and developing machine learning features for a text-based primary care platform. Friel's extensive background encompasses roles such as Research Scientist II and Research Scientist in Applied Machine Learning at the Courant Institute of Mathematical Sciences from 2011 to 2017, where doctoral research focused on developing new fluid mechanics models.
