Christofer Gillborg is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in change management. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Galenica AB since May 2018, Christofer previously held the position of HR Manager at BTJ from July 2015 to May 2018, where responsibilities included overseeing organizational changes. Prior to this, Christofer worked as an HR-advisor at Nazar Nordic AB from January 2010 to July 2015, providing consultative support on personnel matters. Christofer started a career at SJ AB as a train conductor from April 2001 to December 2009, focusing on passenger experience. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Social Science in Human Resource Management from Kristianstad University and a continuation course in Business Economics from Lund University.
