Luísa Dipsie is a professional with extensive experience in human resources and psychology. Currently serving as a Junior People Management Analyst at Galena Farmacêutica since January 2022, Luísa has developed corporate projects for employee training, managed integration processes for new hires, and organized internal events. Prior roles include Assistant in People Management and intern positions within various psychological disciplines at Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Campinas, focusing on clinical psychology, organizational psychology, and school psychology.
