Joel Y. is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as a Reliability Lead at GALE PACIFIC LIMITED since July 2023. Previously, Joel held the position of Reliability Specialist for Melbourne Water at Programmed from September 2022 to July 2023. Joel’s background includes roles as Reliability & Utilities Engineer, Project Engineer, and Trainee Engineer at Asahi Beverages from October 2016 to September 2022, as well as a Mechanical Engineer position at EVX Ventures for a brief period in 2016. Joel also gained experience as a Facilities Engineer at Texas Instruments in early 2015. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering Systems from the University of Melbourne and a Bachelor of Professional Engineering (Honours) in Mechanical Engineering from Swinburne University of Technology, along with A-Levels from Kolej Tuanku Ja'afar.
