Joshua Chen has over a decade of experience in mechanical engineering, currently serving as the Mechanical Group Manager, Mechanical Engineer Group Lead, and Design Engineer at Gale Banks Engineering since July 2012. Prior roles include Application Engineer at Ironman Parts & Services and Manufacturing Engineer at Hayes Diversified Technologies, where work focused on R&D for diesel motorcycles. Joshua's career began as a Designer at Roush Industries from 2003 to 2007. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Manufacturing Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in CAD/CAM/CAE, both obtained from Eastern Michigan University.
