Megan Donovan has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several years. Megan is currently the Head of Legal for the U.S. at Galderma, a leading company focused on advancing dermatology. Prior to this, they served as the General Counsel & Corporate Secretary at Spectral MD, managing legal, compliance, and human resources functions. Megan has also worked as a Legal Consultant at MW Donovan Law, PLLC, providing legal advice to clients across various industries. Megan held the position of Deputy General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer at Danaher Corporation's Dental Platform, managing a group of medical device companies. Before that, they were the Assistant Vice President-Associate General Counsel at NETSCOUT Systems, Inc. In addition, Megan held the position of General Counsel of the Communications Platform at Danaher Corporation, leading the sale and integration of the communications business to NETSCOUT. Megan has also served as Managing Counsel and Global Compliance Leader at Genesys and Nokia, respectively. Megan started their career as an Associate in labor and employment law at Jenkens & Gilchrist and Vial, Hamilton, Koch & Knox, where they gained experience in defending companies in various legal disputes.

Megan Donovan completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree at Texas A&M University from 1986 to 1990. Following that, from 1991 to 1994, they attended Duke University School of Law and obtained their Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
