Yaara Grinshpan currently serves as the VP of HR at Galcon Computerized Control Systems since July 2021. Prior experience includes a role as Corporate HR Manager at Arkal Automotive from September 2014 to July 2021, where responsibilities encompassed global recruitment processes and management of various recruitment sources. Additionally, Yaara worked as an Outsourcing Field Manager at HOT from March 2010 to February 2012, focusing on motivating providers and ensuring adherence to company policies. Earlier experience includes a position in the Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Israel from June 2008 to January 2010. Yaara holds a Master's degree in Organizational Development and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from YVC.
