Abby T. has a diverse work experience spanning several organizations. Abby started their career as a Summer Camp Counselor at the YMCA of the North Shore in 2017. Abby then moved on to the Boys and Girls Club of Greater Haverhill, where they worked as a Specialized Programs Lead from December 2017 to August 2019. In 2019, Abby became the Assistant Site Coordinator at the Kids Stop Afterschool Program from September 2019 to June 2020. Simultaneously, they also became the Owner & Jeweler at New Moon Metalworks in January 2019. Abby then joined Operation Underground Railroad in June 2020, where they held various roles including Education Specialist, Community Engagement Specialist, Community Engagement Manager, and finally Education Program Specialist until February 2023. Most recently, Abby has been working as a Customer Onboarding Specialist at Galaxy Digital: Volunteer Management since March 2023.

Abby T. completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology at Merrimack College from 2018 to 2020. Abby then pursued further education by enrolling in Merrimack College again, where they acquired a Master of Education degree with a concentration in Community Engagement in Nonprofit Organizations from 2020 to 2021.
