Diksha Gupta began their work experience as a Marketing Executive at Shambhunath Group of Institutions in 2017. Diksha later worked as a Business Development Executive at Kindlebit Solutions Pvt. Ltd. from October 2021 to May 2022, where they focused on generating revenue and engaging with clients. Diksha then joined SEO Space Castle as a Business Development Executive from June 2022 to November 2022, where they further developed their skills in lead generation and client interaction. Currently, they are working as a Business Development Associate at Galaxy Weblinks Inc, starting in February 2023. In this role, Diksha is responsible for international business development and consulting IT services.

Diksha Gupta completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in HR and Marketing from Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University, from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Computer Application (BCA) degree in Computer Science from Swami Vivekanand Subharti University and graduated in 2016. Diksha also obtained their Intermediate degree from ATL School(CBSE) between 2010 and 2013. Finally, they completed their High School education from Dayawanti Punj Training Institute, Sitamadhi, Sant Ravidas Nagar, Bhadohi, from 2008 to 2010.
