Becky Wilkins has a solid and diverse work experience in the customer experience field. Becky began their career at Comcast in 2008, starting as a Customer Account Executive and later transitioning into roles such as Quality Assurance, Sales Supervisor, Manager of Customer Experience, and Senior Manager of Workforce Operations. In 2017, they became the Senior Director of Product Operations at Comcast. In 2021, they joined Binance.US as the Head of Customer Experience. Currently, they hold the position of Global Head of Customer Experience at Galaxy.
Becky Wilkins attended William Penn High School and Hodgson Vo-Tech from 1992 to 1996, studying Business. In 2014, they enrolled at Wilmington University, pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations.
