Adriana Diaz Marti serves as the Group Chief Strategy Officer at Galaxia Group since August 2009, overseeing the formulation of a 10-year strategy for the conglomerate and coaching new management on execution and implementation. Previously, Adriana held roles such as HR & Strategy Director and Head of the Strategic Committee, leading innovative think tanks and successfully managing company restructuring. As a Human Resources Executive, a department was created from scratch, developing policies for long-term competitive advantage. Additionally, Adriana was a Partner at Touchland Middle East and participated in a Cross Management Program at Viajes El Corte Ingles, where key contributions were made to advertising initiatives. Adriana's education includes a degree in Strategy & Governance from Esade, obtained from 2002 to 2008.
