Caroline Favero is a marketing analyst at Galapagos Capital since May 2023, previously holding the same role at Titanium Asset from February 2022 to February 2023, where responsibilities included endomarketing, improving organizational climate, and brand positioning. Prior to that, Caroline was an e-commerce analyst at Diversão Brinquedos, focusing on marketplace operations and customer relations. An earlier role as an administrator at Olha o Churros involved overall management of the food kiosk, while at INFINITI, Caroline served as an operational leader, managing client registrations and training. Caroline holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations/Image Management from Universidade Metodista de São Paulo, completed in 2016.
