Ayshath Femina has extensive experience in quality assurance and training within the food and beverage industry, currently serving as the Quality Assurance & Training Manager for Galadari Food & Beverage Division (Baskin-Robbins®) since September 2014. Prior to this role, Ayshath was the Quality Assurance Manager and a Trainer at Galadari Ice Cream Company (Baskin Robbins) from January 2014 to September 2014, and worked as a Production and Hygiene Officer at Gulf and Safa Dairy for several months in 2011. Ayshath holds an MBA in Engineering Technology & Management from BITS Pilani Dubai and a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Biotechnology from Sahrdaya College of Engineering & Technology.
