Tom Lamm has a comprehensive work experience spanning over several years in various roles. Tom is currently working as a Senior Software Engineer at B Live since May 2022. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Consultant and Blockchain Specialist at Telamar Solutions LLC, where they designed and built a Kubernetes based Hyperledger Fabric blockchain network. Tom also worked part-time for this startup while working full-time for Great Lakes Fund Solutions. Tom also worked as a Programming Analyst at Gala Games starting from November 2021. Their extensive experience includes their role as the Director of Information Technology at Great Lakes Fund Solutions, where they built a technically savvy team and implemented technology solutions. Before that, they worked as a Project Manager and Programmer at Centrifusion and Osage Enterprises, where they provided technical and project leadership to diverse clients and implemented cost-saving measures for British Petroleum websites.

Tom Lamm has a degree in Electronic Data Processing from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale. Tom also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from the same institution. In addition to their degrees, Tom has obtained several certifications including Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from Six Sigma Global Institute in December 2018, PMI-Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) from Project Management Institute in January 2018, and Project Manager Professional (PMP) from Project Management Institute in September 2016.
