Charlotte Heeles has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Charlotte joined Gaist in 2020 as a Project Manager, where they use digital processes to provide insights into roads and the roadscape to organizations globally. Prior to that, they worked at Tracsis Traffic Data as a Project Coordinator from 2019 to 2020. From 2013 to 2019, Charlotte worked at McDonald's as a Crew Trainer. Charlotte also has experience as a Licensing Assistant at City of York Council from 2018 to 2019. In 2018, they participated in a Consultancy Challenge with WSP while working at the University of Birmingham. Earlier in their career, Charlotte worked as a Swimming Teacher at JORVIK SWIM ACADEMY LTD from 2009 to 2015.
Charlotte Heeles attended Tadcaster Grammar School from 2007 to 2012. Charlotte then studied at York College in York, UK, from 2012 to 2014, and obtained a Law A Level. From 2013 to 2015, they pursued a Level 3 Extended Diploma in Uniformed Public Services at the same college. Finally, Charlotte attended the University of Birmingham from 2015 to 2018 where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Urban Planning and Social Policy.
