Rob Witthauer serves as Senior Counsel at Gainwell Technologies, specializing in procurement for technology solutions in health and human services. Witthauer’s previous experience includes roles as Senior Technology Product Counsel at Accenture, where assistance was provided to product teams in launching new technologies, and as Vice President of Legal Affairs at Spireon, Inc., leading legal matters for telematics and SaaS offerings. Witthauer also held positions as Senior Counsel at Motorola Mobility, Deputy General Counsel at Fibertech Networks, and In-House Counsel at Adelphia Communications Corporation, managing a range of legal responsibilities including contract negotiations, regulatory compliance, and litigation. In addition to corporate roles, Witthauer served as an Adjunct Professor at Medaille College, teaching various law-related courses. Witthauer holds a J.D. from the University of Mississippi School of Law and a BBA from Mississippi State University.
