Debashish Das has extensive work experience, starting in 2008 at Deloitte as a Managing Director until October 2023. Debashish then transitioned to Gainwell Technologies as President, overseeing India Operations and Global Delivery from November 2023 onwards.

Debashish Das studied Economics at Presidency University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree.
