Phani Ch has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. They began their career at Solonus as a Data Development Software Engineer in July 2013, where they worked until August 2016. In September 2016, they joined Gainsight as a Senior Software Engineer and later took on the role of Lead Solutions Engineer until July 2022. Currently, Phani Ch is working at Gainsight as a Specialist CS Ops, a position they started in August 2022.

Phani Ch completed a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree from RISE Gandhi Group of Institutions, (Integrated Campus) in Ongole-523272. The education took place from 2010 to 2013.
