Nergis Tepeli

Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Gainsight

Nergis Tepeli has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2014 as an Educator at Maria L. Varisco-Rogers Charter School, where they worked until February 2019. Nergis then joined Teaneck Board of Education as an Educator in September 2020 and remained there until April 2022. In April 2022, Nergis transitioned into the role of Customer Success Manager at Northpass, where they worked until July 2023. Currently, Nergis holds the position of Customer Success Manager at Gainsight, starting in July 2023.

Nergis Tepeli obtained a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and Administration, General from Rutgers Graduate School of Education from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) in Elementary Education and Teaching and Psychology from William Paterson University of New Jersey. Additionally, Nergis Tepeli obtained a Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 1 certification from SuccessHACKER in July 2022.
