Kolloju Saiteja's work experience begins with their role as a Digital Interaction Advisor at [24]7.ai from July 2016 to December 2017. They then worked as a Technical Support Engineer at imimobile (part of Webex) from December 2017 to November 2020. Currently, Saiteja holds the position of Support Analyst at Gainsight, starting in November 2020.

Kolloju Saiteja completed their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Computer Science from Nalla Malla Reddy Engineering College, where they studied from 2011 to 2015. Prior to that, they attended Kavitha Junior College from 2009 to 2011, where they pursued an intermediate degree in Maths, Physics, and Chemistry. In addition to their formal education, Saiteja has obtained various certifications from Gainsight, including the Gainsight NXT Administrator Certification (Level 3) and the Gainsight NXT Journey Orchestrator & Surveys Certificate (Level 2), both achieved in May 2022. Kolloju also holds the Gainsight NXT Reports & Dashboards Certificate (Level 2) and the Gainsight NXT Associate Administrator Certificate (Level 1), obtained in April 2022.
