Indraneel Pampati started their work experience in 2011 as a Technical Support Analyst at Tech Mahindra. Indraneel handled 30 GSK R&D applications and gained valuable experience in the healthcare domain with a focus on process and documentation orientation. In 2014, they joined ADP as a Senior Software Engineer and worked until December 2016. Their most recent role was as a Senior Support Engineer at Gainsight starting in July 2016.

Indraneel Pampati completed their education at two different institutions. From 2007 to 2011, they studied at BV Raju Institute of Technology (BVRIT) where they pursued a degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Prior to this, from 2004 to 2005, they attended Venkata Subbamma and Kondiah, focusing on Mathematics. However, no specific degree was obtained during this period.
