Benjiman Skinner is a Solutions Architect - TAM at Gainsight since December 2021, where Benjiman works on projects within Professional Services to assist customers in building, adjusting, or adding to their Gainsight software. Prior to this role, Benjiman was a Technical Account Manager at NICE inContact from June 2019 to December 2021, and an Account Manager at Journal Technologies from April 2015 to June 2019. Benjiman holds a Master's degree in Health and Human Movement from Utah State University (2010 - 2013) and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Brigham Young University - Idaho (2007 - 2010).
