Rob Schwister currently serves as the President and CEO of Gainey Business Bank, a position held since November 2023. Prior experience includes serving as Executive Vice President and Director of Banking Programs at Equipment Leasing Services, LLC from March 2022 to November 2023, where Rob Schwister partnered with community banks to offer leasing options and assist in originating commercial and industrial loans. Previously, Rob Schwister held the position of Market President at Alerus from June 2010 to December 2021 and served as Senior Vice President and Manager of Commercial Lending at Home National Bank from August 2005 to March 2010. Early career roles include Vice President of Commercial Lending at First National Bank of Arizona from June 2001 to August 2005.
