As the Founder, President, and Managing Partner of CapMatrix LTD since August 2016, Bocks leads a Phoenix-based boutique professional services firm specializing in various financial sectors. Bocks holds board positions in multiple organizations, including Gainey Business Bank, Capri Hospitality Management, and Paydala. Previously, Bocks served as President and COO of The True Life Companies, Managing Director at Odyssey Capital Group, and founding President of Academy Bank, overseeing significant growth and expansion in each role. Bocks also has experience as President & COO at UMB Bank and has contributed to the success of GolfMatrix and Bank of America in various leadership capacities. Bocks holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Marketing from the University of Arizona - Eller College of Management.
