Brian Duling, MBA, serves as a Fractional Chief Financial Officer at Paydala since August 2023, focusing on payment solutions for banks and fintechs. As a Founding Member and Director on the Board of Directors at Gainey Business Bank, Brian leads the Audit and Technology Committees and participates in the ALCO Committee. Previous experience includes remote roles as Chief Financial Officer for both New Era Technology's subsidiary and Cameo Global, where contributions included significant M&A activity and enterprise valuation that enhanced credit capacity. Brian's extensive background also features CFO positions at PSS Help, Cology, Trimble Transport & Logistics, and positions at SPX Corporation and Black Box Corporation, as well as a Vice President role at AT&T.
