Larrel W. Bowen, LCSW, currently serves as an Elementary Mental Health Clinician with Gainesville City Schools since July 2022. With a solid foundation in social work, Larrel holds a master's degree from the University of Georgia School of Social Work and dual bachelor's degrees in Women's Studies and Psychology. Previous roles include Individual and Family Counselor at Pathways Transition Programs, Inc., Outpatient Clinician at Advantage Behavioral Health Systems, and various positions in advocacy and childcare. Additionally, as a freelance makeup artist under Beauty By Larrel since April 2017, Larrel provides professional makeup services for diverse events.
