Dr. Natália Pérez-Carmona has served as head of biology since January 2018. Dr. Pérez-Carmona has over 10 years of experience in scientific research. Prior to joining Gain, Dr. Pérez-Carmona served as a research scientist and biology project leader at Minoryx where she focused on rare diseases. She also developed her career in the Autoimmunity Department of Almirall Laboratories, The Royal Veterinary College in London, and at the Hannover Medical School. She has co-authored several peer-reviewed publications and has presented her work at scientific conferences both as oral presentations and posters. Dr. Pérez-Carmona received an M.S. and a Ph.D. in Biomedicine from the University of Barcelona.
