Andy Trozan has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Andy currently works at Gain Life as a QA Lead since May 2022. Prior to that, Andy worked at Banzi Balloons + Event Services as a Technology Lead from September 2020 to May 2022, where they were responsible for updating and maintaining the company website, implementing middleware solutions, and managing Google Ads campaigns. Before that, they worked as a Consultant at Fusion Alliance from March 2018 to June 2020, where they wrote and executed test scripts for a COVID-19 testing registration app and performed detailed QA on financial PDF documents. Andy also served as an Automation Developer at Genesys | Interactive Intelligence from February 2014 to March 2017, where they maintained and developed automated tests using Jscript and TestComplete. Additionally, they worked as an Implementation Engineer at Sentry Data Systems from July 2008 to February 2014, where they performed software implementation tasks and created SQL and PHP scripts for the implementation team. Lastly, Andy had an internship at Lockheed Martin in 2006, where they developed an activity reporting system and assisted with the migration of a metrics database.

Andy Trozan attended Taylor University from 2004 to 2008, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.
