Mert Ergül is a seasoned creative professional with extensive experience in project management and strategy development. Currently serving as Creative Director at GAIA since November 2019, Mert has held multiple roles including Creative Group Head and Creative Strategist within the same organization. Prior experience includes a role as Creative Strategist at AFI Agency, and a Senior Project Executive position at MedyaNet. Mert has also demonstrated leadership skills as the Creative Team Head and Project Manager at Limonsocial, where responsibilities included managing a creative team and developing innovative project ideas. Earlier in the career, Mert worked as a Senior Project Manager at both Decode and Efabrika, overseeing project tasks and social media activities, and began as a Junior Project Manager at Nexum Creative. Mert holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Anadolu Üniversitesi and additional training from Bilge Adam.
