Scott Bear has extensive work experience in the engineering field. Scott was the Engineering Director at GAI Consultants, Inc. since 2019. Prior to that, they worked at CH2M HILL as a Sr. Project Manager from 2001. Before that, they held the position of Sr Project Manager/V.P. at CH2M HILL/Jacobs from 2000 to 2019.

Scott Bear attended Lehigh University from 1981 to 1986. During this time, they earned a Bachelor of Architecture (BArch) degree and a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Civil Engineering. The field of study for their BS degree was Civil Engineering, while no field of study was specified for their BArch degree.
