Nina J Balsamo is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in civil engineering and project management. Currently serving as a Senior Project Engineer at GAI Consultants, Inc. since June 2015, Nina specializes in fly ash landfill and pond closure design. Previously, from March 1999 to April 2015, Nina held the position of Civil Engineer V at Tetra Tech, where responsibilities included site investigation, remedy determination for CERCLA sites, and developing cost estimates for groundwater treatment in collaboration with specialty contractors and process engineers. Nina holds both a Bachelor's and a Master's Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh.
