Matt Howard serves as the Senior Signaling Manager at GAI Consultants, Inc. since January 2015, overseeing engineering duties within the Train Control Systems Group. Prior to GAI Consultants, Matt held the position of Engineering Manager at Siemens Industry Inc. from May 2011 to December 2014, where responsibilities included project management and the design and development of electronics systems within the Mass Transit engineering group. Additionally, Matt worked at GE Transportation from February 1998 to May 2011 as Lead Signal Engineer, focusing on the design of signal systems and the production of signal logic software.
