Sanjeev Mankotia has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Sanjeev is currently the Founder of GaeaStar, a company with a website at www.gaeastar.com. Prior to this, they worked at KPMG as a Managing Director in the Risk Consulting department from February 2016 to July 2022. Before their time at KPMG, they served as a Senior Advisor at Management Consulting from February 2015 to February 2016. Sanjeev has also held executive positions at Banco Santander, Union Bank, and Northern Trust Bank, where they specialized in model risk management and global risk management. Sanjeev worked at Deloitte & Touche LLP as a Manager in Capital Markets Consulting from March 2006 to October 2008. Earlier in their career, they were a Finance and Risk Management Analyst at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. and held roles in finance and engineering at Navistar Inc and SRAM, LLC.

Sanjeev Mankotia holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Financial Markets from the Illinois Institute of Technology. Sanjeev also has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the same institution. Additionally, Sanjeev has completed an Executive Education program in Advanced Risk Management from The Wharton School.
