Omkar Bhosale is an R&D food technologist currently employed at Gadre Marine Export Pvt Ltd since February 2024, having previously served as a Research and Development Intern at Gadre Marine Export from February 2023 to January 2024. Prior experience includes a Quality Control Intern position at Pravin Masalewale, where a three-month training focused on quality control and sensory analysis of instant foods and spices, along with inspecting packaging materials. Additionally, Omkar completed a three-and-a-half month training as a Quality Control Intern at Schreiber Dynamix Dairies, specializing in UHT processing and quality control. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Technology in Food Science and Technology from the University Institute of Chemical Technology and a Diploma in Food Science and Technology from Government Polytechnic Malvan.
