Alex Font Giovannini has worked in a variety of roles in the past 6 years. In 2014, they took on the role of Head Coach at U.E Cornellá. In 2019, they worked as Operations at Manchester City Football Club, as well as Consultancy and Brokerage at Christie & Co Spain & Portugal. In 2020, they became Co-Founder of Gaddex, and in 2022 they took on the role of Startup Mentor at IQS Tech Factory.

Alex Font Giovannini obtained a Degree in Tourism and Hotel Management from the School of Tourism and Hospitality Management Sant Ignasi (Universitat Ramon Llull) in Barcelona between 2016 and 2020. In addition, they have obtained three certifications: Digital Marketing in Sports from Barça Innovation Hub - Universitas in May 2020, Sports Events Management from the University of Applied Sciences Europe in July 2018, and Football Coach from UEFA in May 2018.
