Claudia Fleischer serves as the Skills Coordinator at GACC South - German American Chamber of Commerce of the Southern U.S., Inc. since April 2022. Prior to this role, Claudia worked at Loews Hotels, Inc. as a Guest Service Representative from May 2019 to March 2020, where responsibilities included managing 120-150 guest calls daily, staying updated on promotions, and achieving high customer response ratings. Additionally, Claudia has extensive retail management experience from Deckers Brands, where from July 2010 to September 2017, performance achievements included a $1 million increase in sales, a 20% reduction in payroll hours, and a 15% improvement in inventory loss. Claudia holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from UCF College of Business.
