Steve Lake is an experienced attorney specializing in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and securities. Currently serving at GableGotwals since September 2017, Lake previously held the position of Senior Vice President and General Counsel at ONEOK from August 2011 to July 2017, and Executive Vice President and General Counsel at MCJUNKIN RED MAN CORP from January 2008 to July 2011. Prior to these roles, Lake spent over 16 years as a corporate attorney at GableGotwals. Lake holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Oklahoma College of Law, obtained between 1988 and 1991, and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Economics from Vanderbilt University, completed from 1982 to 1987.
