Filmore Walker III has extensive work experience in manufacturing and supply chain management. Filmore also held the position of Vice President of Supply Chain/Manufacturing, Wholesome & Portable Snacks from January 2007 to April 2009, and Vice President of Supply Chain, Natural & Frozen Foods from January 2004 to December 2006. Additionally, Filmore served as the Supply Chain Director for Kellogg South Africa from January 2001 to December 2003, where they oversaw multiple plants, R&D, logistics, and distribution throughout Sub-Saharan Africa.

In the earlier years of their career, Filmore held various engineering positions at Kellogg Company, spanning from 1987 to 2000. Filmore gained experience in convenience foods, project management, packaging technology, food production technology, research & development, and controls engineering.
