James Horton has extensive experience in banking, finance, and legal roles, currently serving in key positions at CMS Scotland since November 2010. In addition to the primary position, James holds leadership roles at the Scottish Shipping Benevolent Association as Vice President and charity trustee, and at Causeway: Ireland Scotland Business Exchange as Co-Vice Chair, Company Secretary, Legal Director, and Management Board member. James is also a Global Forum Board Member and Non-Executive Director at BITA, and serves as a Strategic Board Member for Scotland GAA. Previous experience includes legal roles at Lloyds Banking Group, Friarylaw, Dickson Minto W.S., and Dentons, with a focus on banking, trade finance, and dispute resolution.
