Jessica Leal has extensive experience in product management and sales operations, currently serving as Product and S&OP Manager at GA.MA Italy since July 2018. In this role, Jessica Leal oversees the coordination of Product and S&OP divisions, setting managerial KPIs and developing processes from product development to post-launch monitoring. Prior to this, Jessica Leal held several positions at GA.MA Italy, including Senior Coordinator and Business Intelligence roles, where responsibilities included implementing S&OP processes and managing planning actions across production and supply chains. Previously, Jessica Leal worked at LG Electronics, gaining valuable experience as a Senior Analyst Demand Planner and Demand Planner Analyst, focusing on forecast analysis and supply chain management. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Commercial Planning and Business Management from FIA and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Universidade Anhembi Morumbi.
