Heather Brown currently serves as the Head of Learning and Development at G4S, a position held since January 2020. Previously, Heather was the Learning Design Manager at Specsavers Australia & New Zealand from March 2013 to November 2019, leading a team focused on developing capability solutions for over 5,000 retail team members across the region. Heather's earlier roles included Learning Designer and Learning and Development Business Partner at Specsavers, alongside serving as the Learning, Development and Training Manager at Little Property Group and a Property Manager at Cantwells Real Estate. Heather holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art History from the University of Melbourne and dual Bachelor degrees in Arts and Commerce from the University of Tasmania.
