Joshua Tobia is a skilled Digital Signal Processing Engineer at G3 Technologies, Inc., where responsibilities include prototyping LTE and NR physical layer processing using 3GPP specifications in Matlab and developing efficient C++ libraries. Previous experience includes serving as an Electrical Engineering Intern at Linear Photonics LLC, where simulation tools were utilized to enhance RF and analog designs, and contributing to a mobile health device project as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at The College of New Jersey. Joshua has also held various roles, including Risk Management Chair for Alpha Kappa Psi, overseeing safety and guidance for chapter members, and assisting in engineering tasks at VPI Industries. Educationally, Joshua holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from The College of New Jersey.
