Melvin (Bud) Hawley has extensive work experience in finance and accounting roles. Melvin (Bud) served as the Chief Financial Officer at G-STYLE TRANSPORT LLC starting in 2013. Prior to that, from 2010 to 2013, they held the position of Finance Director and later Senior Controller at TForce Energy Services, Inc. During their time at TForce Energy Services, they performed due diligence for mergers and acquisitions, created policies and procedures, and provided financial guidance. From 2007 to 2010, Melvin worked as a Senior Controller at Enquest Energy, where they were responsible for finance and accounting for multiple companies. Prior to that, they worked as a Controller at ADP-National Accounts Benefits Administration from 2003 to 2007, overseeing acquisitions, product rollouts, and the development of controls and processes. Before joining ADP, they served as an Accounting Manager at the same company from 1996 to 2003, leading the implementation of Oracle Financial System. Earlier in their career, Melvin worked at Health Benefits America as a Finance Systems Administrator and later as a Finance Analyst, where they designed and implemented accounting systems and managed financial activities for the company. Their career started at Glenrock Coal Company as a Finance Manager.

Melvin (Bud) Hawley holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Brigham Young University, which they completed from 1985 to 1989. Melvin (Bud) later pursued higher education at the same university, earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance from 1997 to 2000.
